She was truly a blessing during my pregnancy and birth. From the moment we met, she filled me with positive affirmations that helped me feel calm and confident—especially while I was giving birth. This was the easiest birth I’ve ever had, thanks to the exercises she taught me before labor started. She also gave me helpful resources to keep me and my family safe. And I absolutely love the nourishing recipes she shared for my postpartum recovery—they made me feel cared for and supported.

The birth I always hoped for—because of Tamika." Giving birth in a hospital without any medication was something I deeply wanted, but I wasn’t sure it was possible—until I had Tamika by my side. From our very first prenatal visit, she made me feel empowered, seen, and completely in control of my choices. When labor started, she was calm, present, and exactly the grounding energy I needed. She used massage, counter-pressure, and soothing words during every contraction. She helped my partner stay calm and involved, and reminded me to trust my body when things got intense. Tamika created a peaceful environment, even in a clinical hospital room, and made sure my voice was heard by the staff every step of the way. Because of her, I labored naturally, stayed focused, and delivered my baby just the way I envisioned. I’ll never forget how strong she helped me feel. Kindroot Doula Collective truly gave me the birth I dreamed of. Thank you, Tamika. You were my rock. 💜 – A Grateful First-Time Mom
