After having 6 home births of my own, I knew that I wanted to help other families have beautiful birth & postpartum experiences. I used Hypnobirthing methods for all of my own births. In 2011 I was trained as a (DONA international) Doula. Since then I was trained in Hypnobirthing methods, Belly binding, Abhyanga massage, natural doctoring, and other holistic practices. I have attended many different types of births, including hospital, home and birthing center births. I also offer in person and virtual child birth education and preparation. During pregnancy she prepared mentally, physically, and spiritually for labor, but did not prepare for the postpartum period. With no family or support around made her 4th trimester a very difficult time for her and her partner.
