About me

Hello Mamma, my name Rebecca Sechrist. I am a Certified Birth Doula, who has also worked as a midwife assistant, having in depth education on all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health, and would love to bring you emotional support in the vulnerable season of pregnancy and postpartum. For pleasure I love spending time in nature with my three beautiful girls and my husband.

Service introduction

I offer birth support. Prenatal visits: where we can go over childbirth education, nutrition, mental health screening, and any specific topic you may have questions or concerns about. As well as perinatal mental health checkups and sessions. We can meet on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis for emotional support and counseling.

Perinatal Mental Health Single Sessions (as needed)

You can schedule an in person appointment anytime you feel you would like counseling specific to pregnancy, birth, & postpartum. These come in 30 min sessions. but can be adjusted to your current need. *Specific to Mental Health.

Birth Doula

This package is for birth attendance and support alone. Not including prenatal or other visits. I will attend birth once in active labor. Allowing mobile communication for questions and assistance prior to arrival. After arrival I will stay till the birth of baby, and baby and you are doing well and baby is nursing/feeding well.
