Service introduction

I offer a free meet and greet to help us get to know each other. After contract signing we schedule two prenatal appointments. The first is to talk through things, draft up a birth plan, answer any childbirth education questions you may have, and discuss hopes and also fears going into the birth. The second appt is to practice labor techniques and walk through the stages of labor. We will solidify your birth plan here. At 37 weeks I am on call, and I provide hands on continuous support until up to two hours AFTER baby is born. Two postpartum appointments can be utilized to offer help with breastfeeding, chores around the house, or to sift through your birth together!

3 sessions 1 1/2 hours long Pregnancy basics and bodily changes, common interventions and medications in labor, stages of labor, postpartum and breastfeeding information. I also connect you to local resources!
