About me

I have been supporting families as a lactation consultant for over 25 years, and throughout that time my passion has always remained the same: helping parents feel confident, supported, and empowered in their breastfeeding journey. Every family’s experience is unique, and I believe that with the right guidance, breastfeeding can be not only successful but also enjoyable and deeply rewarding. My approach combines evidence-based knowledge with compassion and practical solutions. Whether a parent is facing challenges with latch, supply, or simply seeking reassurance, I am committed to providing gentle, personalized care that meets their individual needs. It is a privilege to walk alongside families during such a meaningful time in their lives, and my greatest joy comes from helping them nurture strong, healthy bonds with their babies.

Service introduction

I support families through every stage of their breastfeeding journey. Whether it’s helping with positioning and latch, easing sore nipples, addressing concerns about milk supply, or finding the right rhythm with pumping and bottle feeding, I meet parents where they are with compassion and encouragement. I also work with families navigating unique situations, such as premature babies, multiples, or tongue and lip ties, and I provide gentle guidance when it’s time to wean. My goal is always to make breastfeeding a more comfortable, positive, and enjoyable experience, giving parents the confidence and reassurance they need to nurture their baby.
