Throughout my own life’s journey starting at a very young three years old, I have both fallen deeply in love with all things holistic and gathered various skills that have made me the woman I am today. My intention is to teach women to know and understand their worth and individuality by providing them hope and confidence in themselves. By integrating my knowledge of both western medicine as well as complementary and alternative medicine I am able to initiate self-efficacy for women throughout their lifespan and birth experiences. Yose is a Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, and Birthrights advocate in Orange County, California. Her passion for Birth Work began in 2020 when she got pregnant with her daughter Kailani. During pregnancy she prepared mentally, physically, and spiritually for labor, but did not prepare for the postpartum period. With no family or support around made her 4th trimester a very difficult time for her and her partner. Yose completed her Birth Worker training with Bebo Mia Inc when her daughter was only 3 months old. After the training she realized that she wanted to take a more ancestral approach in birth work, and began learning about Mexican Birth and Postpartum Traditions.
