3 years of experience

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach currently pursuing my BSN in an accelerated nursing program. My passion has always been caring for others, especially women, mothers, and babies. My goal after graduation is to work in the NICU or PICU, where I can continue supporting families during some of life’s most important moments. My background is a little unique. I proudly served in the U.S. Army, where I developed discipline, leadership, and a deep commitment to serving others. I also have experience working with women’s psychiatric health, which has strengthened my understanding of the emotional and mental aspects of care. As a former nanny, I’ve had the privilege of caring for infants and supporting families through the early stages of childhood, giving me hands-on experience with newborns and infant development. Women’s health is where my heart truly is. I specialize in helping women understand their bodies through fitness, nutrition, and movement. Whether preparing for pregnancy, staying active during pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or simply building confidence and strength, I believe every woman deserves compassionate, evidence-based support that meets her where she is. As an aspiring doula, my mission is to create a calm, encouraging, and empowering environment where mothers feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their birth and postpartum journey. I believe birth is one of life’s most incredible experiences, and I would be honored to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Janelle Moore

3 years of experience

Hi, I'm Janelle Moore, labor and postpartum doula serving families east and west valley. I entered the world of birthwork early 2023 as a loved one of mine stepped into her motherhood journey. She entered strong, encouraged, prepared, and yet looking for support, a listening ear, advocacy, and someone to lean on in that process. Something inside her knew what I think every mom knows, that every couple deserves support, every couple deserves an advocate, and every couple deserves evidence based education surrounding their options and each decision that they may anticipate to make for their birth and little one in labor and delivery. In supporting her that day a new passion sparked inside me to see every mom supported, held, strengthened and empowered as they shine bringing life into the world. That spark has grown day by day since. I am passionate about evidence based education leading up to birth that will empower parents to make fully informed decisions as are best for their family. I am passionate about supporting first-time parents as they embark on a new journey, and I am passionate that birth should be a beautifully empowering experience in which mom is supported through and through, never alone, discovering in each moment the depth of strength that she's carried all along. If you've landed on this page and would like to learn more please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to an opportunity to meet you, to chat and to hear more of your heart for your birth, little one, and/or postpartum journey.

Janelle was absolutely amazing. She was very open to our wants and provided amazing information and advice as we prepared to welcome our little one. She did not push anything but also had a lot of resources for all decisions when we were unsure. We felt very comfortable and confident with her which was so so helpful as we went through our experience as first time parents and first pregnancy. Once the little one was born she was so helpful postpartum with information and support and we could not be more happy with our experience with her!

Delores Holland

10 years of experience

Hello My name is Delores, a certified Labor, Postpartum and Infant care doula with over 10years experience supporting families in their birthing process and postpartum journey. Before there was a term for birth workers in this capacity, my love and compassion for comforting and supporting mothers and their newborns was a natural gift from God. I strive to make your birthing process relaxing and memorable by providing evidenced based comforting measures, breathing techniques, and unbiased care before, during and after birth. My goal is to create a trusting, relaxing, safe space for you to feel empowered and heard while seeking to turn your special moments into meaningful memories. I specialize in postpartum care, infant care, overnight support, premature infants, feeding and lactation support.

Recent review

I offer my highest recommendation for our night nurse and postpartum doula, Delores from Round the Clock Doulas who supported our family following the birth of our twin boys. From the very beginning, Delores provided exceptional care with a level of thoroughness, professionalism, and calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. Her attention to detail, reliability, and deep knowledge of newborn care made an enormous difference during our postpartum period. She was especially attentive and responsive to our twins specific medical and sleep related needs. Beyond her technical skill, she was kind, warm, and incredibly dependable-exactly the kind of person you hope to have caring for your children during such a vulnerable and important time. I would recommend Delores without hesitation to any family seeking a trustworthy, experienced, and compassionate night nurse or postpartum doula. Any family would be lucky to have her support.

Logan Atherton

11 years of experience

Hi, I’m Logan; owner of Sweet Pea Sleep Training and Childcare. I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Newborn Care Specialist, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with over 11 years of experience supporting families through the newborn stage and beyond. I specialize in postpartum doula support, overnight newborn care, sleep shaping, and helping parents create routines that actually work for their real life. I’ve worked with a wide range of families, from first-time parents to high-support households; and I’m comfortable supporting breastfeeding, formula, or combination feeding, as well as babies with additional needs like tongue/lip ties or reflux. My approach is practical, supportive, and customized. I’m not here to push a one-size-fits-all method; I help you understand your baby, build confidence, and get more rest in a way that feels sustainable. I offer in-home and remote support, including postpartum doula support, overnight care, sleep coaching, and ongoing guidance.

Recent review

I've been fortunate to have Logan's help with both of my children. My first daughter is now 8 and my son is currently 6 months. I can honestly say I don't know what I would have done without her (not to be dramatic lol). She was there for us in the hospital and the newly postpartum days at home. She made herself available physically but also by phone for all my crazy questions (which she never made me feel crazy for asking). Her recommendations for my own postpartum recovery were insanely helpful, and she really helped me to settle into my "new normal" routine once we made it home from the hospital. Her breastfeeding support was so amazing, especially with my first born whom I really struggled with the first month. Her knowledge is so vast it truly feels like she knows everything, and made me feel so safe which is so important because I hate having to ask for help and she never made me feel nervous or stupid for asking. Logan is truly the best!

Paty offered wonderful support to me and my husband with the birth of my first child. She is very kind and thoughtful in everything she does! She makes herself available for help, questions, and concerns and fosters a positive outlook on the whole process.

— Catherine N., review of Patricia De la Rosa-Acosta June 2026

Before meeting Houlda, I was scared and unprepared. I do not have a mother of my own nor anyone I could truly talk to about a pregnancy or the birthing process. After meeting with Houlda, I felt prepared and no longer fearful of the unknown. She walked me through everything I needed or wanted to know and was there for me throughout the entire process. She knows many different techniques for the many different stages during labor. She advocated for me when I couldn’t for myself. And she was there for my husband and I after birth to provide advice, knowledge, and support. Right before leaving the hospital, the staff even told me how amazing she was. So grateful for Houlda and the the experience she provide for me and my family❤️

— Alicia A., review of Houlda Kabamba May 2026

I’ve talked to Catrina several times since having my baby back in April of 2025. She was very helpful when it came to making sure I was getting answers to all my questions about any latching techniques , swelling or sensitivity concerns. She was also very quick to responding and very supportive
