I have my certified personal training certification and group fitness certification; and I am currently enrolled in exercise physiology through Concordia University, in pursuit of practicing medicine as a physician assistant upon completion of my bachelors in Fall 2026; and masters hopefully 2028. I pursued becoming a doula because I have always been passionate about women’s health.
