It brings me so much joy to help provide people with the education, information and support they need. -2 prenatal visits in-person -Tips for comfort in pregnancy -Tips for birth preparation -Unlimited phone, email, text & virtual support ​ -Handouts & information ​ -Birth related referrals ON-CALL 24/7 at 38 weeks of pregnancy until birth -Available ANY HOUR for support -Phone support to help identity early labor -Early labor support at home -Help to identifying when to go to hospital or birth center -Help with pain management -Continuous physical & emotional support for however long needed -Help with following your birth preferences and desires ​ -Birth photos and videos with your camera (if wanted) Up to 2 postpartum visits -Assist with breastfeeding/feeding -Support getting settled after birth -Solutions and referrals to challenges with baby
