About me

Hi there! I am a full spectrum doula (birth, postpartum, and even stillbirth/miscarriage/abortions) serving the Spokane and North Idaho areas, and have experience with twin births, intervention-free births, and births with no interventions involved. I serve birth people however and wherever they would like to birth, in or out of hospitals, with midwives or OBs. I'm now currently serving Medicaid clients in Washington State! When I'm not attending births and helping postpartum families, I'm fostering kitties for a local rescue, while also loving on my grandsons. I can't wait to be able to support you!

Service introduction

I help emotionally support people during their pregnancies, births/labors, and in the postpartum periods. I also offer support services for bereavement/pregnancy loss and abortion care. Working with a partner means that I always have backup care, too.

Birth Doula Package
You get 2 prenatal meetings, support during your labor and delivery, and 2 postpartum support visits. I work on a sliding scale from $1800-2000 and YOU choose the price point that works for you.

Let me help you with things such as lactation support, caring for a newborn, light housekeeping, light meal prep, light laundry, helping the birth person shower/bathe, emotional support, running errands, grocery pickup/ordering

Nighttime Postpartum Care
You get some sleep and let me handle the baby at night! From 7pm-7am, I provide care for you and your new baby. Five hour-minimum on these shifts! I'll feed the baby (or bring them to you so you can feed them), put them back to sleep, hold them, do some light housekeeping, light meal prep, etc. all while you get some much-needed sleep!
