Hi! I'm El and I have a birth doula certification from the Center for Indigenous Midwifery in WA state. Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum is something that I've always been passionate about. Since my 3 years in working in at a youth behavioral health facility, I found that helping people is something that drives me at my core. Mental health is very important to me, and I think it should be for you too! I'm an open book, I find it's best to have good relationship and rapport before diving into more in depth conversations.
