Hello! My name is Madi and I’m a birth and postpartum doula. I felt a calling to become a doula since having my daughter in 2022, but I worked in nursing for 5 years in different specialties, not knowing I would go the holistic route. ❤️ I finally took a leap of faith, attended a DONA training, and have been educating myself on all things birth since. I love to support mothers and fathers in pregnancy and beyond, and hope to bring you peace, blessings and empowerment.

I provide physical, spiritual, educational and emotional support. I prepare parents in prenatal visits for what to expect during labor, I make birthing options known such as positioning techniques, comfort measures, increasing oxytocin and how to advocate for mama. I am a Christian, so if you would want to receive prayer I can provide this as well! I also help nourish and hydrate the birthing mother, comfort her and bring peace the the father if tension rises. I bring a blanket of peace.
If it weren’t for Madi being my doula during my first pregnancy, I would have felt so unprepared and alone in the journey. She was a constant source of support—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Madi provided so much knowledge and guidance, especially with different types of counter pressure techniques (which absolutely SAVED ME during labor!). She also taught my husband how to use them so he could support me more effectively. During birth, when I was too exhausted to speak up for myself, Madi became my advocate. There was a moment when the care team wanted to break my water. It was unexpected and didn’t think it would come to that, and Madi immediately knew that this wasn’t what to wanted. She stood by me, prayed with me, and gently suggested trying different positions to help open my hips—and sure enough, my water broke naturally, and baby came soon after! Even after birth, she continued to check in, which meant so much during those early days of transition. Having her support didn’t stop at the delivery room—she came for a postpartum home visit and helped with dishes, laundry and brought me some yummy lactation brownies. I’m forever grateful to have had Madi as my doula. She wasn’t just a support person—she became a friend and a sister in Christ. Thank you, Madi, for walking alongside me in one of the most sacred times of my life!
