About me
I believe that birth is one of the most instinctive, powerful experiences a woman can have, and that when you feel truly supported, you can tap into that wisdom from within. My approach to pregnancy, labor, and birth is holistic and deeply rooted in body awareness, nutrition, and trust in your body's natural process. I work with a range of tools, from breath work to hands-on comfort measures, and I meet you exactly where you are; whether you have a detailed birth plan or are still exploring your options. My role is to be your steadfast support: helping you stay informed, feel heard, and move through your birth journey with confidence and clarity.

Service introduction
Birth doula: I welcome connection as early as 16 weeks and contracts any time after that. Doula care will begin anytime around 34 weeks. Postpartum Doula: 20 hours over the first two weeks after birth. 40-60 hour packages over 4-6 weeks after birth. Ability to add on hours is always available. I will be on the Minnesota Doula Registry, hopefully by Fall 2026. This will enable me to accept insurance and Medicaid.
