Working with Eloise as my doula was hands down one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. I was planning a home birth VBAC after having a c-section with my first, and even though everything was going well, my water ended up being broken for over 36 hours, which meant I had to transfer to the hospital—something I really didn’t want. Eloise was absolutely amazing. She was with me and my husband through the hardest parts of my labor—almost 24 hours total! I honestly don’t know how I would’ve stayed calm and grounded without her. She helped me work through every contraction, helped us feel supported and informed, and when it came time to shift plans and go to the hospital, she helped me stay clear-headed and make the right choices. Because of her coaching and support, I still had the VBAC I dreamed of—and with minimal tearing too! What I love most is how available and caring she was from start to finish. She answered all my questions, sent helpful resources, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She has such a calming energy and a deep understanding of birth that made me feel confident and safe throughout the whole experience. If we decide to have more kids, I will 100% be calling Eloise again. She’s truly one of a kind, and I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a doula who genuinely cares and knows her stuff!

Hi, I’m Beth the Birthworker. I’m a mama, Doula, Entrepreneur and a major advocate for AUTHENTICITY! I am a highly intuitive, empathetic and compassionate Guide whose passion is to assist birthing people. I am an experienced Birth and Postpartum Doula and a Photographer, Counselor and Coach. But even more importantly, I am also a Sacred Mother and a gifted healer. I love helping people become the most aligned version of themselves by being a Safe Space. In my free time, you will find me spending quality time with my husband and children playing silly games, going on adventures and having deep philosophical conversations about life. I love to solve problems and use my creativity to make people's lives better. For 15 years, I had a career in the non-profit space working with adults with special needs. I have also been a professional nanny, caregiver for the elderly, hospice provider, volunteer with homeless shelters, and preschool teacher. My passion for being of service to others shines through in everything I do. As a Birth Doula, my intention is to tailor my support to your individual needs so that you can show up as the best version of yourself for your birth. If you need someone to be very hands-on, I will do that! If you prefer someone to quietly hold space and offer words of encouragement, I’ve got you. If you need someone to guide your birth partner so they can better support you, I will help them. Or, if you need someone to task your mother-in-law with missions so you can have a break, I’m on it😉. This is YOUR birth, and you are in control. However, if the moment gets scary or frustrating or you feel like you’ve reached your limit, I will step in to offer guidance and support. As a Postpartum Doula, my intention is to make your home and your experience with your baby as positive as possible. My services include practical support such as help with breastfeeding/chestfeeding, prepping snacks, washing bottles/pump parts, doing baby laundry, unloading the dishwasher, etc. I also offer emotional and energetic support by being a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, and a guide through the unknown and confusing parts of bringing home baby. I can provide you with resources where you need them and give you a break so you can take a few moments to yourself. Communication is key to any successful relationship. If we choose to work together, I will insist on spending time together to come up with your “DREAM” birth plan, as well as contingencies that work for everyone involved. That way, when we show up for your baby’s arrival, we will all be on the same page! I encourage you to interview multiple Doulas and use your intuition to guide you in your choice! No hard feelings and also, I hope we are a great fit! 💜Beth the Birthworker See more reviews on Google! https://maps.app.goo.gl/Cof43fPd4V75eSqK7
5 stars isn’t nearly enough for what an amazing doula Beth is. She is not only knowledgeable, supportive, caring, and kind but she also empowered both my husband and I throughout the pregnancy and birth of our first child. She gave us an idea of what to expect, provided skills which helped us get through some common birthing experiences, assisted us in managing unexpected issues which arose, and surrounded us with a sense of calm as we experienced all these unknowns for the first time. She also was an amazing support after the birth as we navigated our first few weeks with a newborn and continues to be a person I know I can reach out to, even as we enter into our 4th month. If you have the opportunity to have Beth as a doula, you are truly lucky. I highly recommend her and cannot stress that enough!

Marie is a DONA trained Postpartum doula with over a decade of newborn and infant care experience. Through her experience as a nanny, she fell in love with helping families through the journey of parenthood. She witnessed firsthand how chaotic life can be through pregnancy and after birth. She became a doula to help families navigate the stresses of new parenthood and enjoy their lives together with their new baby. Marie aims to guide families through the entire journey into parenthood with a gentle, holistic approach. She specializes in hands-on education, physical and emotional support, feeding assistance, sleep training, cooking, and household organization. Her goal is to nurture parents in this vulnerable and intimate time, and empower them to care for their new child with confidence. A full fridge, clean home, and person to talk to can make all the difference! She also provides antepartum support to assist with birth planning, getting ready for baby, and any additional needs in the final trimester of pregnancy. Beyond educational, physical and organizational support, there is a strong focus on emotional and mental health when working with Marie. She has a trauma-informed and inclusive approach; becoming a parent is a huge shift in identity and deserves to be treated with immense care and respect. Her education and experience allows her to assist with single parents, parents of advanced age, families who have experienced chronic illness, loss, eating disorders, anxiety, and sexual abuse. Marie also identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community. When not working with families, Marie spends time with her baby boy and husband playing with their two rescue dogs. She loves to cook healthy plant based meals and listen to audio books! She is also the co-founder of Newborn Nanny Consultants LLC which helps match families with qualified nannies.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Marie. She was a lifesaver for our family during the early postpartum days with my daughter. The nights Marie would come and help were what my husband and I most looked forward to during the week because we knew we'd have trusted support and that we would get much needed sleep. She was very flexible with her schedule and was always able to work with us to find the best timing for her to come help with overnights. Marie was a loving and confident doula and I always knew my daughter was in good hands with her. Marie was always open to having conversations with me and workshopping ways to improve naps, nighttime sleep, bottle feeding, pumping, etc. with me and I don't know that I would have been able to do things as well without her. In my struggle with postpartum anxiety and depression, nights were tough for me because I often felt a debilitating loneliness when I was feeding my daughter or up pumping. I cherish the nights we had with Marie because she helped take that loneliness away and it made me more confident as a mother. She is the absolute best and I highly recommend her!

Hi, my name is Chelsea Geraghty and I am a CAPPA Certified Postpartum Doula in Boulder, CO. I became inspired to become a Doula after having two children of my own and struggling through those difficult first 3 months, needing support I just did not know existed. Through the struggle there is also so much joy, and I hope to be the support person that eases you into the transition to parenthood. I offer a helping hand, education, a listening ear and helpful instruction without judgement. I also teach yoga a few times a week and would be happy to incorporate that into your care as appropriate in your healing journey. In my spare time I like to hike with my dogs, swim and play board games with my two kiddos and go camping with my family.

My session with Cre was incredibly valuable, prompting me to share my thoughts in this review. Cre effortlessly facilitated our conversation, allowing me to open up about my struggles with being a good Father. Her suggestions for addressing them were insightful. I'm definitely coming back! Thank you, Cre!

Hi! My name is Linnell and I am so excited to work with you! I am a Certified Professional Doula which means I am trained in birth and postpartum support. I am a birth, postpartum, and breast cancer doula, childbirth educator, nanny, photographer, and breast cancer model and advocate. My passion is supporting families from conception through age 5. I am currently pursuing a graduate certificate to become a lactation certificate to get my IBCLC and I am also working on my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate through Postpartum Support International. Working with me as your postpartum doula is like having a big sister who is there by your side to help guide and teach you. I can’t wait to hear from you!
Linnell was great! Helped us so much in the transition to become new parents, from advice, to tips on calming the baby, and helping us sleep between feeding stretches. She helped us triple feed and follow exactly the peds orders; she was also awesome about remembering any adjustments or requests we had! Checked in on both my mental health but also my partner’s, which was very nice, especially in the immediate postpartum period. She kept a running list of my baby’s activities during the night—from wake periods, poops/pees, feeds and how much he would take from the bottle. Great about offering advice and letting us make the decisions. Overall, a very sweet, calming, and accommodating doula. She really tries to go above and beyond to make sure the whole family feels taken care of (including my pup)!

Hi, I’m Caroline and I’m a Board certified Health and Wellness Coach located in Colorado. I’m also a fellow mother to a toddler and 4 month old. I help postpartum moms navigate challenges and work towards their health and wellness goals in this new chapter of life called postpartum (and not just in those first 6 weeks after birth). My goal is always to support mothers in their new or continuing role. Often attention turns to the baby after birth and we forget about taking care of and supporting the mother. After all, Mother Hens are great at nurturing and protecting their baby chicks but sometimes that comes at the expense of their own health or needs and desires.
Caroline became my postpartum coach when my son was just over a year old and I was feeling a little lost from myself. I had decided to not continue with my job and was home full time which was an unexpected decision, leaving me with a lack of confidence. My time working with Caroline offered me the tools to regain parts of myself and see who I was in this new context as a mom. I was able to feel an ownership of my life again through Caroline's encouragement and accountability. Taking care of yourself as a mom can be really hard, but it makes a huge difference in the health of yourself and your family! And that can look like getting support through a postpartum coach because this time of life is such a significant shift in so many ways!
