I Plan to give birth at the hospital. I’m hoping my Cigna insurance will cover a doula to support me through my first birth.
1. Giving birth at a birthing center 2. Ideally would like tricare coverage, but $2,000-$3,000 3. Labor as long as possible at home before going to the birth center. All natural birth without any interventions
1. Hospital 2. Unknown estimated budget 3. Vbac, epidural, placenta encapsulation, need patient advocacy due to previous birth trauma 4. Accepts Anthem insurance
Almost 7 weeks post partum needing help with lactation
Still deciding, hospital is affordable, but home birth is more relaxed.

Roseville Kaiser Covered by insurance Natural birth
I plan to give birth at Sutter Roseville. I’d like tricare west to pay for the services, but am willing to pay $2000 out of pocket if needed. My birth plan is flexible right now. I’m accepting of an epidural, but am not great with needles, so minimal necessary. Looking for advice on best positions and everything else. I have Tricare Prime with Tricare West.
I'm a Filipina and would be interested in being matched with someone who speaks Tagalog or Hiligaynon. I will be giving birth at Sutter Roseville. This is my second child, the first was a C-section. I will be trying for a vaginal birth this time.
First time mom, trying to navigate birth plan and more. Am on medical and new to the area.

I am hoping to have an unmedicated hospital birth. I would prefer to have as few interventions done during labor as possible. I want to find a provider who accepts my insurance (Anthem blue cross advantage HMO)
1. Sacramento Sutter 2. Me-dical Plan 3. I am looking for a birth doula to provide emotional and physical support during labor, including continuous labor coaching, breathing techniques, comfort measures, and advocacy. I prefer a low-intervention birth with minimal or no medication if possible. I would like support with positioning and movement during labor, and assistance with immediate skin-to-skin contact and initial breastfeeding after birth.
Seeking doula for birth support. This is my first pregnancy and I plan to deliver at a birth center with midwives. The birth center is called California Birth Center in Rocklin, CA. The midwives strongly suggest me hiring a doula for a first time birth. I desire an unmedicated natural birth. I have Anthem Blue Cross Insurance. Hoping for affordable care.
1. Kaiser Roseville 2. I have Medi Cal 3. All natural and as quick as possible lol This is my 4th baby, I barely have time to go to kaiser's prenatal appts, am I allowed to use my 2 prenatal appts as stretching/ massage in my 3rd trimester? A birth doula to help me advocate for a natural birth, I had 2 positive births at kaiser, at my last my 3 year old daughter wanted to see and witnessed her little sister be born. I did have my placenta encapsulated last time and thought it made a huge difference! Is that covered by medi cal? Or an extra fee? I think I want to use those other 8 appts as postnatal appts! Im still breastfeeding my 1 year old and plan to breastfeed throughout the pregnancy, then tandem feed, I'm pretty confident in that area but am constantly doing stuff for everyone else, I'd love a massage or someone to cook dinner and clean the kitchen, maybe help with the older kids bedtime routine if the baby isn't on the same schedule, or help making breakfast and packing up lunch one morning so the rest of the day feels easier, it's going to be the middle of summer! If this sounds right up your alley, send me a message!
