Your story, your strength, and your needs are valid are irreplaceable. As your doula, I am here to stand beside you with empathy, knowledge, and grounding energy, creating a container of safety and calm in which you can fully lean into the process. I am here for the moments of uncertainty and surrender, here to encourage, comfort, and remind you of your innate ability to birth in a way that feels true to you. I want to support you not only as you welcome your child but as you welcome yourself into a new role, with gentleness, courage, and unwavering belief in the wisdom of birth.

Service introduction

Motherhood is transformative, and having support can make it deeply empowering. With my support Packages, you’ll be cared for every step—before, during, and after birth. This includes two in-person prenatal visits, tailored birth education, two postpartum visits, lactation support, and on-call availability during labor. For added postpartum care, choose between day support (errands, meal prep, laundry) or overnight care (night feedings and diaper changes), plus a maternity or postpartum photo session.
