Our first baby is due this November! I'll be giving birth in a hospital, our budget is around $3,000. Ideally would like to labor as long as possible unmedicated, but deliver vaginally with an epidural. Would like to avoid a C-section if possible. Will be requesting intermittent fetal monitoring as opposed to constant fetal monitoring. We'd like delayed cord clamping until the cord is white and not pulsating. I want the placenta to come out naturally and not be pulled out. Maximum golden hour skin to skin contact time. No circumcision if the baby is male. Provider would ideally speak fluent English and has at least several years of experience. Insurance provider is Cigna Open Access Plus In-Network.

I am seeking a conscious birth doula rooted in ancient or traditional medicine, spiritual healing, and energy work (such as Reiki) and quantum healing practices... Let’s say a medicine woman who embodies divine feminine energy. Having experience with prenatal massage is a plus. Alignment with a vegetarian lifestyle is important to me, as well as personal or professional practice in yoga, meditation, and holistic prenatal care. I’m looking for someone who honors birth as a sacred, embodied, and spiritual experience.
