I am a Mom of 4 adult children and a Mema to 4 beautiful grandchildren. I have been a RN in Labor & Delivery, NBN, Postpartum, Antepartum and Lactation for over 30 years. I am also a certified labor and postpartum doula through CAPPA since 2021. I began my business, Mema D's Doula Services in March 2021, serving expectant and new parents throughout Central Wisconsin. I strive to educate and empower couples in anticipation of the birth experience they desire. Besides my doula certification, I am also a Lamaze certified Childbirth Educator and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
I wouldn’t go through birth without her! Robin brings a multitude of experience as a nurse, mother, lactation specialist and grandmother. I love how she brought her experience as a OB nurse to help navigate a complex system that doesn’t always want what we may want. She fits in like a good old friend. Whether educating or advocating, she made my husband and I feel incredibly comfortable and well cared for.

Hello and Congratulations on your new arrival! I've been a birth doula since 2018 through the organization DONA. Every birth I have assisted with has been a beautiful and a learning experience for me. I feel blessed to be a part of this special moment in the lives of my clients. My practice provides you and your partner with continuous emotional and physical support. You are in charge, but a doula can assist with you staying in charge, especially in a hospital setting. Doula's are skilled at helping to alleviate the fear factor of giving birth. Every mother deserves a doula, and I hope you would consider me to be yours. Best wishes! Rhonda
Rhonda was a fantastic team member addition for my husband and I with our second birth experience following a first traumatic birth without a doula. She allowed me to have a healing, peaceful, happy birth and served to guide us at important points for us in the birth journey for preferred holistic comfort measures, another person in the room who cared about my Spinning Babies/hypnobirthing/prayerful birthing style, and supported us in our belief that pregnancy is a normal, healthy process- not a disease to be treated, haha, and birth can be joyful. She helped me find important resources ahead of time with books and listens well to us now in our third pregnancy about what matters to us (Spinning Babies is a great example of this- she takes this seriously that I want to rely heavily on this and is doing her homework alongside me, it is comforting to have someone do this alongside me). Rhonda is gentle, confident, caring, and genuine in her care for you. She truly wants to make your birth experience to the absolute best possible. As we live about an hour from her and I have fast labors, I initially was nervous about this but she was so prompt and responsive and came immediately at first signs of labor that my trust for her is very high even with a bit of distance involved. Highly recommend Rhonda to be a part of your best birth!

I was a birth photographer for awhile, and had my last baby 18 months ago where I stepped away from birth work. I'm looking to get back in, by supporting mom during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I have given birth 5 times, and feel very versed as a mom, and hoping to help others overcome obstacles, fears, and have a desirable birth!

Experienced doula, childbirth educator, and Certified Lactation Counselor. Registered nurse with experience in labor and delivery, pediatrics, and pre and post surgical care. Homeschool mama to five children. I have experience in the hospital setting as well as the homebirth setting. My goal is to spread the truth about childbirth and support women and families on their birthing journey.
Alex is an amazing and knowledgeable doula. She has given me all the information and help I needed to do a non-medicated birth confidently. Might I add he was a 9.1lb baby. She is so kind and always up for questions and helping in anyway she can. I appreciate her so much, because of Alex I didn’t approach birth with fear. I had a 12 hour labor and I remained relaxed, focused on each surge bringing me closer to meeting our child and melting into each surge. (Follow Alex to know exactly what I mean) Highly recommend working with Alex in anyway possible to gain the confidence for birth like I had.

Hi there! I am the creator and founder of Independent Sleepers. I am a mother to a one-year-old, a veteran RN with 10 years of experience in an ICU, 2 years in the NICU, I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant and a newborn care specialist. I have helped over 300 families and counting to give their babies a good nights sleep within a few nights and proper naps within 2 weeks.
Where do I even begin!? Selina changed our lives in just three weeks. She gave our little one the gift of sleep and us too! From the start Selina understood my goals for my little one's sleep and that I wanted to use a gentle approach. She tailored a sleep plan that worked for us and made adjustments along the way as needed. She was super confident and definitely knows her stuff, which reflected in all her work. She was easy to communicate with and really held my hand through the whole process. She had check ins with daily, held me accountable and was always there when I needed her. Selina is so dedicated to her clients and truly wants the best for each family. All of that is reflected in her work and commitment to each family. She was able to get my little one to nap for longer than 30-40 minutes and get him to sleep through the night, 12 hours. We are all so much happier now that we are getting good sleep. I can't say enough about how amazing she is and the work she does.

I have experience in home- and hospital-based birth environments , vaginal and cesarean, low- and high-risk situations. I’m Paige and I’m a mom of 3. I spent most of my young adult life working with people with developmental disabilities. After that, I received my Sign Language Interpreting degree from Saint Paul College and worked with Deaf/Hard of Hearing folks before becoming a stay-at-home mom. I have spent the last several years raising my kids. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s my favorite job yet! Now it’s time for me to do what I really love: postpartum work! I have always been passionate about families, pregnancy, birth, babies, and postpartum. Parents deserve so much more support and education as they are growing their families. Many people tend to focus only on pregnancy and preparing for birth, but they don’t spend time preparing for postpartum. My goal is to help families be more prepared and supported for all that comes when adding a new baby to the family. I want families to have a smoother and more peaceful postpartum experience. I am based out of South Saint Paul, Minnesota and am currently serving the greater Twin Cities area.
Paige was a great help to our family, both emotionally and physically. She is professional and understanding. Our toddler loves Paige!
