I’m a Christian wife, mother, and RN who discovered a passion for birth work after having my own babies. I have been a birth doula since 2022 and a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) since 2025. My midwifery practice is focused on faith and trust in the design of a woman’s and baby’s bodies to navigate the birth process. I work with my clients so that they can make informed decisions and consent. I consider myself a minimalist and love allowing the process unfold undisturbed unless absolutely necessary. As a birth doula, I have the most experience in attending unmedicated labors and do love to work with women who have this goal. However, I do still attend medicated births, planned or unplanned. I help my clients experience true informed consent so that they are empowered in their birth choices. In the labor room, I amplify their voice. I completed my Full Spectrum Doula Training, including prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum care, as well as training in fetal positioning and lactation support with Cornerstone Birthwork Training, and am certified in Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid through the Red Cross.
