About me

Hi! I’m Kate and I’m a Postpartum and Bereavement Doula. I’m proud to serve the Kansas City metro area. I’ve got 10 years of experience between law-enforcement and military. I have a strong passion for loving and helping others through their pain, and through the happiest times of their life. Service introduction

I offer both Postpartum and Bereavement Doula services. All prices are listed below. Bereavement services come at no cost, as the pain you have endured is difficult enough.

Beyond

This postpartum package must be a minimum of 6 weeks of care. Shifts must be a minimum of 8 hours for overnight and 5 hours for daytime. Shifts will be no more than 12 hours. The maximum amount of nights per week is 3. (Sunday, Monday, Friday). During my shift I will do laundry and dishes, meal prep, prepare bottles if needed, basic household cleaning, caring for baby overnight while you sleep, bring you snacks/drinks, make breakfast if wanted, and more!

The Willow

This package consists of bereavement care. This package is free of cost and I will be there for you and your family however you need.

The Bloom

This package includes 5 hours of morning care so you can sleep in and start your day fresh. I will arrive at 5am and will cook breakfast, clean up the home, wash dishes and bottles/pump parts, get baby up for the day if needed, feed pets, and whatever else you need to get started for the day. I will leave at 10am. This make it so you can sleep in!

Kate is warm, kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. She will make you a fitness program designed just for you. I was comfortable with her, and did not have a problem getting advice when needed. She does the workout alongside with you as well. Each week is different. I will be going back to Kate in the future.
