About me

As a birth doula, I strongly believe that every woman should have the birth she envisions. I am committed to providing you with unconditional support and advocacy throughout this miraculous journey. I support all families in all environments from home births to cesareans thru nurture, empowerment, and education. My goal is to show all women and their families the beauty and ease as you transition to motherhood. I am blessed to help families greet labor with knowledge, trust, and love.

Service introduction

My services include a free consultation to share how I can best support you. I provide unlimited 24 hour phone, text, and/or email support from the moment I become your doula. I welcome all communication as it strengthens our connection. I offer two prenatal visits- one where we discuss birth preferences, as well as provide you with the confidence and knowledge and knowledge to have the birth you want. The second visit focuses on postpartum care and bringing baby home. I am on call for you 24/7 once labor begins, and come to your home to support you through comfort measures as well as emotional and mental support to ease the challenges of active labor. I offer continuous labor support until after your baby is born. I will do a postpartum follow up visit within the first week and provide lactation support as well.
