We have reviewed your reviews., you go around making bad reviews because at a snap of a finger, one time visit we could not make due to an emergency induction for another mom. Out of 300 births, you are the only person who has ever tried to hurt my business the way you have. I personally feel that you have to heal in your postpartum that’s a priority to me versus my feelings at this point I have parted ways with you for more than one reason this is a public platform and I will not disclose any of your personal information. I did an absolutely fantastic job as doula , I did not ask you to write a review on this website, you made flaws claims and accusations about contracts. I have never made anyone sign. You made false claims about me not being communicative with you about a postpartum visit. You made false claims in regards to my professional professionalism. I helped watch your sweet baby boy while you were able to have a successful delivery. I have treated your family with absolute respect. But one thing I will not tolerate about my business as false accusation.. I will not move forward with any type of care in the future, and we have parted ways.

I was asked to do this review a bit early, which was off putting to me since services were not completed yet. However I will leave my honest review for services provided up til this point in time. Justina is a very sweet, personable, knowledgeable doula. She is available 24/7 by phone/text, however her in person availability is very limited. I find this to be a big issue especially when I stressed my area I would need most help is postpartum and I am now almost 4 weeks postpartum and still have yet to have a visit. Even prior to birth she did want to do one prenatal visit with my OBGYN, however that was rescheduled twice due to her availability and the next appt I never even made it to since my water broke early. I had my baby early, she was due October 18 but born Sep 14. Baby didn't get to leave nicu to come home until Sep 23 so it's been about 2 weeks of her being home and still no postpartum visits or scheduling of them without me initiating the conversation. I do know Justina had a vacation which I believe ended Sep 24 so I knew she wasn't available until after that, but getting a text from her asking for a review not anything about scheduling postpartum visits was very unsettling. I actually had even reached out to her Tuesday Sep 30 asking if we could schedule visits and she said she wasn't available til Monday to discuss so I said no worries. Then Friday she sent this yelp review text so imagine my surprise how a review took precedent over scheduling postpartum visits. We did schedule a visit for Wednesday 11am which was rescheduled on Wednesday morning to Friday. I fear that she is over booked and not every client gets the same attention as others due to this. This is not my first rodeo with a doula, however it is my first experience with such a popular one that doesn't have time to book my appts. She mentioned she has 7 moms in October, I was also due in October originally, so if I'd like my 1 hr postpartum visits scheduled I will need to reach out to her so she can pencil me in. I find this very unprofessional. I feel as if I'm booking a baby sitter at that point. My previous experience my doulas were reaching out to me to schedule postpartum visits, not the other way around. I booked and signed intake form with her back in July so to me scheduling should not be an issue with so much notice. Overall I feel she is a great birth doula, although I can't fully speak on that as my birth was C-section, but postpartum not so much. Again I have not yet had a postpartum visit but I stressed this was the most important to me as I don't have a village to help me, if I would've known it would be nearly impossible to get some of her time for those I would've booked someone else.
