Postpartum care may include: - Emotional and physical support for Mom ​- Baby Care Instruction - Light Household Chores - Meal Preparation - Sibling Care - Errand Running - Breast and Bottle Feeding Support ​ There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to postpartum care. After booking your package, your doula will schedule a 30-min phone call with you and your partner to answer any questions, address any concerns you have about the fourth trimester, and make a personalized plan for your postpartum care.

An 8-hour overnight shift to assist parents and baby as needed.

Package Includes: Doula Services Pa o Free, no-obligation consultation. This can be in person or via Zoom. o 2 prenatal visits in your home. During these visits, we will discuss your birth plan and desires for your pregnancy and postpartum journey. We can also go over some labor positions and relaxation/pain management techniques. o Phone/text/email support – after booking this service, I will be available to answer any questions you have up until 8 weeks post-partum. o You will have access to my list of referrals for midwives, doctors, chiropractors, massage therapists, lactation consultants, birth photographers, placenta encapsulation, etc. o 24/7 On call support beginning around 37 weeks. Continuous support through labor, delivery, and 1-2 hours post-partum. o Postpartum visit 1-2 weeks after birth. This will consist of 1-2 hours of support to address any questions or concerns, provide postpartum and feeding support, and discuss your birth story.
