We are planning for an unmedicated hospital birth at Kaiser Oakland and are interested in in-person doula support. It’s our first baby! We’re hoping for support in preparing thoughtful and flexible birth preferences ahead of time, comfort and education throughout labor/birth, helping to hold our birth plan with the medical team during labor/birth, and guiding us through the unpredictability of labor so we can stay present with eachother/body/baby and make informed decisions as they come. Also curious about your openness to capture photo/video during birth.
