Hello! I’m Erykah, a full-spectrum doula with a background in physical therapy, prenatal and postnatal fitness, and community health research, with a special focus on serving minority and Indigenous families. My approach is holistic and deeply personal: I believe every parent deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered to make choices that reflect their unique values and traditions. I blend evidence-based care with compassion, open communication, and cultural awareness, creating a nurturing space where families can feel confident and supported as they welcome their new little one. For me, this work is more than a service, it’s a calling rooted in respect and the belief that every family’s story is sacred.
