Service introduction

I offer both birth and postpartum doula services. Doulas can provide emotional & physical support to mothers and their partners whether they choose a hospital birth, birth center birth, or a home birth. My goal is to equip my clients with the knowledge to be prepared for birth and to make informed decisions about how they want to labor, and then to support their decisions and help them be as comfortable as possible throughout labor.

Packages

Standard Birth Package

• 2 prenatal appointments • Unlimited talk/text/email communication throughout pregnancy • On-call for labor/birth from 37 weeks until baby is born • Continuous support for mother & her partner during labor until 1-2 hrs after birth • 1 postpartum visit within 1st 6 weeks after birth

Postpartum Care

• Providing physical, emotional, educational and practical support to the family following the birth of the baby • Preparing simple meals/snacks • Light house cleaning • Assisting with newborn care • Giving mother a break and allowing time for her to recover & rest
