About me

Hi! I'm Emily, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) located in Portland, OR. Like many new parents, I faced feeding challenges I never expected, the kind that can make something "natural" feel anything but easy. Through those experiences, I discovered how powerful the right support can be, and I knew I wanted to be that support for other families. Today, I help parents navigate feeding with confidence, compassion and evidence-backed guidance. My goal is to make you feel seen, supported and empowered in your feeding journey. I see patients both in-home, and in-office in Lake Oswego, OR. In my free time, I enjoy all things exercise, traveling, trying all the amazing restaurants Portland has to offer, and doing anything with my 4 year old.
