Deirdre Hopkins

About me

Deirdre is a DONA trained doula and has over 10 years of experience working with VBAC, birth center and hospital births. She is trained in using rebozo and peanut ball techniques. Education is her passion, which is why she created the Virtual Doula app. Subscriptions start at 27 weeks, with weekly yoga flows included for the pregnant mom. The app also includes mindset work, visualization techniques, and encouragement for the soul.
