Hi everyone! My name is Crystal Nightingale and I am a mother baby nurse and lactation consultant. I provide newborn care, postpartum, feeding and sleep support to new families. I am passionate about helping families make parenting easier. As a mom of 4 myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming, yet so rewarding being a parent can be. And support is so important! My goal is to bridge the gap in postpartum and lactation support. Many things have changed over the years in regards to the medical field, including newborn care and lactation, and I am excited to help your family navigate parenthood through evidence based education and resources. Infant Feeding Consultation and Assessment
This package is for families who need support to overcome the struggles they are having with feeding, including breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding/bottle refusal, formula, tongue ties, milk supply issues, back to work, and more. My goal is to help take the stress out of feeding your baby. Includes one 60-90 minute consultation and assessment, a comprehensive ebook, and 1 week of ongoing support. Can be done virtually ($150) or in your home ($200). Payment options include most PPO insurances, including Tricare West and VA CCN, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal, Klarna and HSA/FSA. Just let me know you’d like to check your insurance eligibility.

Newborn Package
This service is for you if you are: Having a hard time getting your newborn to fall asleep and stay asleep Frustrated with evening crying Worried feeding is not going well Constantly googling and looking for answers on when the newborn stage will get easier Standard Newborn Package includes: One 90-minute consultation. I will do a complete assessment of your newborn and provide recommendations for feeding, sleep, soothing, and routines Four weeks of once weekly coaching phone calls Email support for one month Extensive newborn eBook to use as a reference Upgrade package available which includes everything above plus an audit 3 weeks of support and a second 90 minute visit. Can be provided virtually ($300) or in your home ($400). Payment options for all of my services available through Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal and HSA/FSA.

In Home Postpartum Hourly Support
I will come to your home and be your extra set of hands, as you transition to being at-home with your child. I can also provide this service through virtual sessions. This service is provided at an hourly rate so that I can answer all of your questions during our time together. I can also assist in newborn care, including teaching you how to bathe your baby, trimming fingernails, educating about newborn rash, jaundice, cord care, newborn development, and so much more. This service is for families with a baby under 12 weeks old. 2 hour minimum to book. Payment options for all of my services available through Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal and HSA/FSA.
