I’ve always been drawn to the power of creation—fascinated with the strength and beauty of the body’s ability to carry and birth life. After giving birth to my daughter, I decided to follow a long-time passion of mine which was birth and family support. Helping, nurturing, supporting, and advocating for others comes naturally to me. As a Postpartum and Labor Doula, it is my intention to use my given talent to fully support mom, baby, and family. I am committed to listening and hearing so that I can help you reach your goals. Nurturing and bringing forth a life is a precious time and process in a woman’s life where she is also most vulnerable. My philosophy and goal around birth support is one of love, compassion, understanding, courage, and fearlessness. I approach birthing and support by connecting with and discovering the needs and wants of the birthing person and her family to curate the experience they desire. As a Labor, Birth and Postpartum Doula, I offer labor and birth support, breastfeeding support, postpartum care, and overnight support.
