Service introduction

My goal is to help you have a satisfying birth as you define it. My role as a birth doula is to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to women during their labor as well as encouraging communication with the staff at the birthplace to ensure that you have the information needed to make informed decisions regarding your baby’s birth. All information you give to me I keep strictly confidential. It is not my place to - and I will not - judge or question your choices. My job is to help you and your baby to work together so you can have the quickest delivery with the less pain that is my goal!

Personally available by text/phone, from date contract signed. One visit prior to delivery. To educate patient during each stage of pregnancy and labor. I teach Hypnobirthing, meditation, and yoga for an enjoyable birth. I use aromatherapy for relaxation. I teach the husband to comfort you ask your labor starts before I get to you. To give emotional and physical support during your labor until you deliver your baby. My fee includes One 90 minute meet and greet visit 2 prenatal visits, 24 hrs of labor and 2 postpartum visits. If more visits are requested then it’s $50 an hour.

Personally available by face time, text, or phone only, from the date contract is signed. To educate patient during each stage of pregnancy and labor by face time, text or phone ONLY. I like to teach Hypnobirthing, meditation, and yoga for an enjoyable birth. I use aromatherapy for relaxation. I will teach your labor support person how to comfort you through your labor and the delivery of your baby. I can teach you how to not take Labor lying down. The whole key is hip, swing and movement! To rest when you need to rest to eat when you need to eat and then to continuously keep moving doing different things every 10 minutes! It’s all about knowing what to expect, and what to do when it happens being prepared is so helpful! This service provides one 90 minute meet and greet, 2 prenatal appointments, 24 hour of labor, 2 postpartum visits. If more visits requested fee is $50 pr hr. FYI if you have insurance we can look into it together. I currently accept Medi-Cal and am looking forward to getting other insurance as well.
