About me

Hello my name is Bettina Borrelli. I am 30 year old Mexican, Italian and East Indian, American. Born and raised in San Diego, California. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2016 and was certified in 2019 for Prenatal and Perinatal Massage Therapy. That same year of 2019 I became a certified Birth Doula. I have assisted with many births in a birthing clinic and in the hospital and also have had the gift of being the Doula for my sister. I’ve always had the soul of a caretaker and a love and interest for assisting with bringing a new life into this world. Ever since I started this new career path. I offer 2 packages for Doula Services. My Essentials package is the Doula care phone and texting communication from 37 weeks on with continuous support through active labor delivery and early postpartum, pluse more! Then Enhanced Package offers what the essentials package offers with an included 2 hour prenatal / perinatal massage from me which can be split up as well. Also am available for Prenatal / Perinatal Massage Therapy. I also offer non pregnant massage if needed for partners or Postpardum

Prenatal / Perinatal Massage Therapy package

These massages are for mothers who are looking for continuous care throughout their pregnancy stay connected as you enjoy a relaxing deep tissue massage with elective, Pelvic Floor massage. Grounding and rooting mother and baby together as they grow physically, emotionally, and mentally together throughout the gestational period. These massages could also be for postpartum mothers, who are looking to start their recover physically and emotionally. Also available for non pregnant massages - medi cupping - acupressure- Swedish massage and more

We are beyond grateful for Bettina as our doula for the birth of our son. She immediately felt like a family member upon first interaction. She was wonderful teaching me and my husband techniques to prepare for birth, incorporating our ideas and needs, and helping our birth be the magical experience we were hoping for. Bettina was the captain to our team that was able to function seamlessly. She helped us communicate and all feel safe and heard the whole way. We would have her again as a doula in the future.

I have worked alongside Bettina as a birth doula. Bettina is a wonderfully warm, intuitive provider who is guided to say just the right things at the right time to help a birthing person!
