About me

I am Hadley, a birth and postpartum doula currently serving San Diego and Southern Orange Counties. I hope to be a nonjudgmental support, comfort, and safe space for families navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum seasons. I am passionate about meeting individuals and families where they are at and providing equitable advocacy and care to families of all identities and backgrounds.

I currently offer in person birth and postpartum doula services in San Diego and Southern Orange Counties and virtual services for all others. As a doula, I serve as a resource, comforting support, and advocate for birthing people and families. I do not make decisions or perform any medical tasks for families, but rather provide evidence-based education to help families make informed decisions. I offer emotional and physical support and care during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum seasons and empower you to trust your body and decision making. I help soften transitions and provide peace of mind knowing you and your little one are cared for.
