My name is Taylor. I am passionate about supporting moms to find the birth that they want! As a mom of two, with two very different birth stories, I have been empowered to help educate and honor moms in their birth goals!
Meeting Taylor for the first time I immediately felt she was a safe space, someone I could trust to be there for me in such an intimate time. This was my third pregnancy, but my first high risk pregnancy. My previous birth was traumatic resulting in an emergency cesarean section. I knew I needed support, someone to advocate for me this time around to achieve a VBAC. Without hesitation Taylor immediately jumped right in, asking me questions I had never thought of that helped prepare me emotionally, mentally, and physically. She was my voice in the hospital when I froze and needed support, and stuck by me when labor was at a stand-still, keeping me focused and reminding me of what I could do. She was so kind hearted to my daughters, taking time to explain things to them! If we were to ever have another baby, Taylor would be my first call. Even my husband told all of his buddies about how amazing she was! We couldn’t imagine delivering without her, and I know she’s a huge part of my successful VBAC. She’s certainly worth her weight in gold.

I’m Kelley, St. Louis birth doula, mom to 3 boys, married to the guy I fell in love with in high school. I became obsessed with birth after our first was born via cesarean after an induction for “dates” for “failure to progress.” Air quotes intended. The disappointment I felt surprised me; I dove into research about birth in America. I learned all about my fertility, chose a provider who would be supportive of a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), and hired a doula. Best laid plans and all that… I had a cesarean for high blood pressure at 42 weeks. I definitely still felt disappointed over his birth, but because I was educated and well supported, I knew we had made the best decisions with the options we had. I still planned for VBA2C for baby #3, and was able to push him out of my body right into his daddy’s hands – with a lot of help from my medical team for high blood pressure again, and so much support from my doula. When my former industry got flip-turned upside down and my structural engineering days were forced to end, I decided to follow my passion and dreams and become a birth doula, and now life has moved us from our native Houston to St. Louis. I see my role as a birth doula like being a good coach. I’m on the sidelines with all the information for you, but you’re the one who has to execute the plays. I’m here to educate you and support you whether you’re having a baby at home in the water with twinkle lights, epidural or not at the hospital, or a planned cesarean. I’m going to meet you where you are and dig down into that hole with you. And after the baby is here and you’re overwhelmed, I’m available to help you out, listen to you, and get you through those first few weeks. When I’m not doula-ing, I’m training Jiu Jitsu, at the baseball fields, a wrestling meet, a choir or band event, playing banjo, or I’ve got my nose stuck in a book. And I’m always down for some Tex-Mex.
Kelley is the absolute best! From the moment we started working with Kelley during my first pregnancy, I knew she was the perfect fit for our birth team. I wanted to approach birth like an athlete—mentally and physically prepared, with a strong advocate by my side—and Kelley was exactly that. She was both coach and champion for me and my husband, ensuring we felt confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. When labor came, she was instrumental in helping me stay focused and in control. The movements she guided me through were game-changers, especially when my baby’s heart rate fluctuated during contractions. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to avoid additional interventions and stay on track for the vaginal birth I had planned. The nurses were raving about Kelley, praising how seamlessly she worked with them, understanding the plan of care and adjusting strategies in real time. Her presence brought a sense of calm, strength, and reassurance that I truly believe made all the difference in my experience. Without a doubt, Kelley will be a part of our birth team again when we welcome our next child. If you’re looking for a doula who will advocate fiercely, support you completely, and help you approach birth with confidence, Kelley is the one you want by your side. Thank you, Kelley, for being such an incredible part of our journey!

Hi! I'm Natasha, a mother of 2 daughters and a birth doula serving the St. Louis, Missouri area and the Metro East area in Southern Illinois since 2021. I like to have a holistic approach to the pregnancy and birth experience. I like to focus on nutrition and positioning techniques during pregnancy to help minimize end-of-pregnancy concerns and labor challenges. I started my doula journey shortly after my first born because I wanted to help other families to know that they do have a voice that matters. Having a cesarean myself, then a HBAC, I have a unique perspective on the difference of each of those experiences. I learned the importance of having the proper support, the right to informed choice and the resources to have a positive pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. That is what I hope I can provide to my community.
Natasha did a great job preparing us for the decisions we would have to make a head of time, creating a plan, and overall helping us understand what was important prior to labor/birth. She highlighted exercises to do prior. Maybe the singular most important thing was that she alleviated our stress around being a new parent. After the first meeting my wife and I were both significantly more confident about going into a new phase of life. She was diligent and professional the entire time and supported us with the various decisions we had to make. Having her there during the birth helped comfort my wife and remind me what things I could be doing to help my wife through labor.

I believe every mother deserves to be supported with compassion and intention as she helps her babies grow and come into the world. In my personal pregnancy journey, I experienced a successful diet-based management of my Gestational Diabetes followed by a peaceful homebirth. God has created us to do beautiful, strong, awe inspiring things & I continue to feel a deep sense of honor to hold space for the mamas I work with at home, birth centers, and hospitals! If you think we would be a good fit, I’d love to chat and I look forward to meeting you soon!
Emily was my doula for two of my babies, first as a post partum doula and then as my birth doula. She is compassionate, thoughtful, dedicated, and so joyful. Her impact was felt in her encouragement from the first contractions to learning how to breastfeed. She was a supportive and calming presence in otherwise chaotic times, and very attentive to the needs of the moment. When it got tough, I was so glad to have Emily to keep me grounded. She would be an amazing support for any mom.

Becoming a doula stemmed from a deeply personal journey for me. As a mother of 5, I have personally experienced the highs and lows of childbirth, including heartbreaking miscarriages, and scary pregnancy complications that left me feeling vulnerable and alone. These experiences ignited a spiritual calling within me to support and comfort other mothers during their birthing journeys. I saw the need for a compassionate advocate to stand by their side, providing guidance, emotional support, and a comforting presence throughout the transformative process of bringing new life into the world. It is through my own trials and triumphs that I found my purpose as a doula, driven by empathy and a heartfelt desire to be a source of strength for other women during one of the most significant moments of their lives. The cost of doula services can be a concern for many expecting mothers, but I understand the importance and value of having a supportive doula by your side during this special time. Every woman deserves access to doula support, which is why we can work together to create a personalized package that fits not only your needs but also your financial situation. I believe in making doula services accessible and affordable to all women, ensuring that you have the care and guidance you deserve throughout your pregnancy and childbirth journey.

Ultimately, the decisions concerning your pregnancy and birth, are yours to make. As a doula, I am here to support you concerning your own well being and trusting that you know what is best for your family. I work closely with you using informed choices, culturally appropriate and collaborative model of care. I support your right to make conscious choices, providing ongoing education, and work with you to plan your individual preferences in a nonjudgmental and loving way.
Marisol was the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful doula one could ask for. She was there for me most my pregnancy and in labor. Whenever I had questions, especially being a first pregnancy she always had answers and gave me peice of mind. I had horrible back pain and she suggested several stretches and exercises that I could do on my own and some that my husband could help with and they were really helpful in relieving pregnancy pains. My labor started right when she finished with another labor and she was there for me full of energy. She would ask the nurse to bring me items like a peanut ball, a mirror, or dimming the lights to help me get though labor pains and to feel as comfortable as possible. She always had a very calm voice and touch. I would highly recommend using Marisol as your doula. There is so much information and helpful tips she as a doula will provide for pregnancy, labor, post partum and breastfeeding that is not provided by your OBGYN

Emily was outstanding as our doula. She eased our worries and remained with us throughout the whole process. She was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. She made us feel at ease. She ensured our needs were met and guided us through our pregnancy and birth. She went beyond our expectations, and even assisted us after birth as well with our breastfeeding struggles. We were so lucky to have her, and she was able to capture pictures for us so that our focus could be on the birth, each other, and our beautiful baby. It was an amazing experience with Emily and one that we will definitely love to have her for again for any future births we have.
