I help parents readjust to life with a new baby. It’s my priority to make sure all members of the family feel safe, heard, and ready to take on the new addition to their family. I love to travel, read, and get a good workout in! I have much experience with helping out parents of multiples. I am also a certified sleep consultant!

Service introduction

I provide overnight care for I’m newborns and parents. This includes bottle washing, light tidy, assisting baby back to sleep, diaper changes, bottle feeding (if needed), and can even help assist making meals. I also offer sleep support for infants and toddlers ages newborn-preschool.
