About me

As a mother myself, I know first hand the value of kind and informed assistant in the days following the birth of a baby. I was blessed to have experienced support following the births of my now grown three children and know how valuable it is. I have provided support as a lactation consultant, doula and postpartum doula to many families. It is an honor to provide new parents with the help they need while adjusting to parenting a new born.

Service introduction

I aim to assist each new mother and her family support in achieving the goals they set for their early days and weeks with a new baby. Each family has unique needs so that can include a variety of services. I offer nurturing support and education to increase your confidence. I can help with breastfeeding information, light housekeeping and meal preparation, assistance with siblings or even pets making the adjustment to a new baby in the house. Phone consultation and support to answer basic questions is also available.
