We cannot recommend Malika highly enough. For the past six weeks, she cared for our newborn overnight and was truly incredible. She was always punctual and reliable, which gave us complete peace of mind during such a vulnerable time. She is kind, compassionate, and cared for our baby with so much patience and love, while also supporting us as new parents. She quickly became part of our family during the newborn bubble, and her care felt deeply personal. Thanks to her experience and consistency, our baby was down to just one wake-up during a 12-hour night by six weeks old — which felt life-changing. Malika is absolutely wonderful; she is everything you want in a postpartum doula or nightime nurse. She took care of our daughter starting around 4 weeks old until she was 3 months old. She helped us sleep train our baby who is sleeping 9+ hours a night now and is well on her way to a full 7 pm - 7 am baby (YAY)! Malika is a total professional, she is so good with children - including our older child who she was around each morning - she cleaned my pump parts multiple times each night and always had them ready-to-go before each night-time pump, she did moderate cleaning of our daughters items and even folded her clothes. She was ALWAYS on time, never called in sick, and occasionally stayed a little late. She took detailed notes of what happened during the night and I felt so comfortable and at peace knowing she was in the best of hands whenever we had Malika with us. She helped us catch up on sleep and regain our sanity back during the beginning newborn haze. I recommend Malika to any family that has a new baby! I don't know what we would have done without her!

We would not have survived the first five months without Malika. She is extremely knowledgeable about sleep training and she takes the time to get to know you and your baby, and what works best for you both. She was always available by text whenever we had questions, and she would frequently stay late to talk to us about any questions we had. She is very reliable and flexible to work with your schedule. She is also a genuinely great person. We have recommended her to all of our family and friends who are expecting.

Malika at G&M Care Services has been amazing for our family and baby girl Gracie. She's loving, super knowledgeable about babies and children, and has a great warmth about her that our daughter was drawn to. Malika cared for our daughter for about a year before she went to daycare, and she still is an integral part of our family, as she continues to care for Gracie as a sitter and braiding her hair every month. Malika and her coworker, Samantha, are absolutely incredible. They are extremely knowledgable, empathic, supportive, and helpful - to both my 5-month-old daughter and me. Last week, I had a very distressing situation with a night nurse (who I let go) in the midst of attempting to sleep train my daughter, and Malika came that same night to help me. She was incredibly compassionate and more than willing to jump in and assist with sleep training, using the method we had already started. She was very thorough with documenting everything that she did so that I felt at ease, and I felt incredibly supported by her during the difficult process of sleep training (and this was the first night of knowing her). My daughter basically slept through the night/had no night feedings for the first time when Malika came! I was so grateful that I hugged her. Samantha continued this for the next several nights and was equally kind, empathic, knowledgable, and helpful. My daughter has been consistently sleeping through the night over the past week. Malika and Samantha reach out to check in on us, and they are more than willing to assist me however they can. I am 10000% confident in their expertise, genuine care for their clients, and ability to care for my daughter. I value them immensely as both childcare professionals and people. I will personally vouch for them!!!!!
