I am a Chicago-based full spectrum doula and lactation counselor. I have a Master’s in Public Health and have a focus on prevention and evidence-based practice. I strive to provide compassionate care that honors the autonomy and dignity of my clients. Together, in an environment free of judgment, I work with my clients to help ease the transition into different phases of their reproductive lives. I specialize in LGBTQ+ and non-traditional families.

Labor Doula
Include 3-5 prenatal visits to discuss your ideal birth and any anxieties you have about the process. Continuous 1:1 support during labor and birth with backup coverage. Postpartum visits to debrief birth, troubleshoot infant feeding and care, and help with postpartum recovery.
