I am a full spectrum doula, licensed massage therapist, chef and registered yoga teacher/personal trainer specializing in wellness and support for infants through adults. I offer support services, bodywork, meal prep, yoga and personalized fitness with a specialty in pelvic floor work for menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. Amissa was my doula for my first and only birth and she was INCREDIBLE. She's super knowledgable, kind, and considerate of what you need throughout your pregnancy and birthing journey. I felt very nervous about not knowing anything and once I connected with Amissa I felt way more educated and prepared for my expectations and knowing my rights in the delivery room. She advocated for me and empowered me to advocate for myself. I would absolutely recommend Amissa to anyone seeking a doula's support for their birth.
