About me

Hi, I’m Allison! I’m a mom of two and pediatric sleep consultant certified through The Family Sleep Institute. I founded The Sleep Collaborative to offer families research-backed, compassionate sleep solutions for improving their children’s sleep. I have expertise in all sleep training methods, ranging from extremely gentle ones all the way to extinction. I provide a safe, judgement free zone for parents and always make sure that my recommendations fall within their comfort zone. Service introduction

I offer three main types of packages, all of which are virtual. My "complete" sleep package is the most comprehensive, offering a virtual consultation plus one or two weeks of unlimited email support, daily sleep log review, and an additional phone call. My "ask anything" package is a virtual consultation only and is ideal for children who are already sleeping independently but have a specific sleep issue, such as a sleep regression or early morning wakeups. My newborn package educates expecting and new parents on what to expect in the 4th trimester.
