Service introduction

I am a trained birth doula offering services to support preparing for birth and beyond. My prenatal sessions last from 1-2 hours and allow space for families to explore options, information and practice pain coping skills for labor. We also focus on buildig a post partum plan. This can be done in person, virtually or combination of the two options. I offer labor support in ways that families prefer. This can look like in person support during active labor in oreferred birthing space. This also can look like virtual support via phone during labor and communicating updates to extended friends and family. I offer postpartum support in person or virtual check ins first week after delivery, first month and first three months.
