About me

Hi, I'm Yvette, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, RD, LD) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who specializes in women's health. One focus is maternal and infant nutrition, where I use a science-based integrative approach to personalized care. Further, I'm trained in functional nutrition, mindfulness, and pediatric food allergies. I've helped women through their fertility struggles, pregnancy, postpartum, and infant feeding journeys. I believe food (breastmilk included) is medicine and a time to connect. I believe it's important for people to listen to their bodies and be empowered as a voice in their own care. My passion and mission is to help clients attain their highest level of wellbeing.
