My training is body-centric and focused on optimizing fetal positioning for a more comfortable pregnancy, smoother delivery, and better postpartum recovery. I am hands on and often provide comforting touch and release work. As a Fertility Educator I support clients who want to better understand their menstrual cycle to either avoid or achieve pregnancy through private, virtual classes.
