I am here to help empower women to connect with their divine feminine, embracing the energy & wisdom of their ancestors to have the birth of their dreams. My goal is to remind them of the innate wisdom of their body. I hold space for mothers and families in every way, through pregnancy, birth, postpartum & lactation.

What I offer: A full service, that includes building a birth plan, prenatal, birth & postpartum with lactation support. Postpartum service that includes a minimum of 4 services, newborn care & lactation support and education. Virtual support for the long distance, that includes help building your birth plan, 3 prenatal appointment, virtual labor & birth support. Herbal support that includes pregnancy herbal teas, lactation herbal teas, postpartum herbal baths and a sits bath session

I had my son unassisted at home in my tub with my partner and Tyler as my virtual doula support. She was so sweet and helped me ride my waves of sensations until I brought my sweet boy home. I was reminded of my affirmations and goals throughout and after it all, she helped me latch baby and we have been exclusively breastfeeding now for 14 months! Tyler provided me with support and answered my questions in postpartum, I couldn’t have survived baby blues without her.

Tyler was my birth doula and I absolutely loved her support! She was such a sweet, comforting doula that is also a mother and knows how to advocate for what you ultimately decide on your birth plan. She raises the right questions to help you be informed in your decisions, but never tries to pressure you to choose one way or the other. I highly recommend her as she’s become more than just a birth doula but a friend as well.
