I've been a DONA-certified birth doula and Lamaze-certified childbirth educator supporting families in the Nashville area since 2002. Service introduction

My Birth Doula Support package includes 2 prenatal meetings, continuous support at home, birth center, and/or hospital during labor & birth, assistance with transition & breastfeeding for 1-2 hours immediately after birth, and a postpartum visit. Private, one-on-one childbirth classes can be held in my location or yours. Depending on your current level of knowledge about pregnancy, birth, and newborn care and your desire for information, we will determine the topics to be covered and plan a class or classes to meet your specific needs.
