Hello! I'm a Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator, and Certified Body Ready Method® Pro who has passionately supported families during pregnancy and birth since 2001. (440 births attended as of Jan 2025!) I want you to have a positive and peaceful birth, no matter how your labor unfolds. (Think of me as your local tour guide and translator on a visit to a foreign land!) I serve families in the Middle TN region with in-person support and provide virtual assistance nationwide. I'd love to connect and share how I can help you have a better birth.
Heidi was an amazing doula during my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are supported, informed, and that your birth plan is respected by your entire healthcare team. The birth of my twins went nothing as I would have initially wanted as I was planning for a natural birth with the least intervention as possible but due to my twins being breech, my only safe option to deliver them was a c-section. Heidi even referred me to an amazing prenatal body work specialist to attempt to safely reposition my babies into head down position. She really became a trusted voice and friend along the way for me and my husband due to her extensive birth experience as a doula. On the day of my planned c-section, Heidi advocated for me in many ways when I was nervous and apprehensive during my surgical preparation. She also was able to be in the OR with my husband and I during the delivery of our twins and then assisted with my first breastfeeding session and initial post-operative recovery time. I would recommend Heidi to anyone looking for a doula to support their pregnancy, labor, and delivery! While we have our hands full now with twins, I would definitely hire Heidi again if my husband and I decide to get pregnant again! I cannot thank her enough and am so grateful we had her support along the way even if my birth was not exactly as I would have hoped. It was still a miraculous day as I delivered two very healthy babies for which I am so grateful!

Hi! I’m Morgan, a holistic doula based in Spring Hill, TN. With a passion for pregnancy, birth and postpartum support, I advocate for women to choose the path that resonates with them, blending traditional midwifery and free birth philosophies. Having personally experienced the enchantment of childbirth twice as a mother, I aspire to guide and empower other moms on their magical journey. At 25, a wife, and a mother of two boys (3 and 6 months), I bring a unique perspective to my practice. Balancing holistic approaches with an understanding of the essential role of western medical intervention, I ensure a supportive and diverse approach to each pregnancy. As a former hairstylist, I’ve transitioned my passion for nurturing to the realm of birth. Outside of doula work, you’ll find me indulging my Scorpio spirit, watercolor painting, enjoying music, and perhaps a bit too passionately savoring my coffee. Let’s embark on your birthing journey together, embracing the magic and empowerment it brings!
Morgan is such a kind, caring, beautiful soul, that will be an amazing support during the most important time of your life. She is intentional, proactive and attentive- she will surely be the best fit for all of your birthing needs. I have witnessed first hand how well Morgan reacts under pressure and I can say she is someone I would want in my corner while giving birth. As a mom, Morgan is experienced as she handles things with grace and has such a soothing presence. I think Morgan with Haven Birthing Co would be such a great choice as a doula for your birthing journey.

I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula with 3+ years experience. I work in hospitals, as well as home births. I also offer prenatal and postpartum visits. Supporting, advocating, and educating throughout your new family journey.
I was told I would need a C-section by my primary care physician, however working with Nakayla I had not only a vaginal birth, but with using any epidural. I couldn't be more grateful for her kindness and services.

My love and passion for birth work came after my own 4 very individual birth experiences, along with attending the births of friends and family members babies. I began to recognize that there was something truly amazing that occurred when women were given the support and education to be empowered as birthing mothers! Recognizing that when these mothers were given the tools they needed to make educated choices, that were right for them, they were also given the power to shape their birth stories in a way that was their own. I have a special place in my heart for first time moms navigating their options and helping new families get started on their journey to parenthood!
Emily is incredible! She was my doula for my second pregnancy. She was there for me 24/7 to ease my anxiety, provide non bias information, and support me and my husband through labor. She comforted me and showed my husband how to comfort me through labor which was very important to us. Any family would be lucky to have her as their Doula!

A woman's journey from pregnancy to postpartum is a landmark event! It is because of this, that a woman should have options, support, and respect!
My experience was amazing. I felt so secure and calm throughout my entire pregnancy and labor because of Tiffany. She was placed on this earth to nurture and inform her clients in the most genuine way as possible! I battle with depression and because of Tiffany, I was able to breathe and be at ease throughout my pregnancy and now! She is the best doula to ever come ACROSS! Very informative and she was with me every step of the way and still is to this day, and my daughter is 2 months. I don’t know where I would be without her!

Over the years, I have witnessed the beauty and natural process of childbirth. Having first been present for the births of several friends and family members. Hello! My name is Brenda. I am a Tennessee native, originally from Smithville. However, Livingston and Cookeville have now been my home for 17 years. I am the owner of Mom 2 Mom Doula Services. I am a wife to a wonderful husband, and a mother to 2 beautiful little girls. When I am not assisting women prenatally, in labor or in the initial postpartum period, I am spending time with my family, usually this includes hiking in the many wonderful state parks Tennessee has to offer. My interest in birth started to blossom at the age of 5, when my mother had her first home birth. In that atmosphere I felt at home with the Midwives and Doulas. That feeling only got stronger with my mother's next 2 home births. At age 21, I had my first daughter, unmedicated, in a hospital with an amazing Doula. Her willingness to want to help me however she could, more seriously pushed me towards my goal to become a Doula myself. So in 2018, I started working as a Doula, and then certified sometime later. At age 23, I had my second daughter, at home with the assistance of a home birth Midwife. It was a wonderful experience. Now, I am truly living out my dream, to be able to support women during such an important time in their life. I am so thankful every day for this wonderful career. I have supported women through hospital births of all kinds, home births, water births and everything in between. In 2023 I also got my StillBirthday certification.
Brenda is wonderful. She truly cares about her clients & their babies. She helped me tremendously in early labor, and I credit her for getting me in the right mindset/birth groove before arriving at the hospital. My labor moved very quickly, and even though she was not able to stay at the hospital with me, I heard her pep talks in the back of my mind the entire time. She stayed in contact with me, and came to my house when we went home. (even though I am sure she was exhausted and thought about us the entire night!) She has helped me greatly with breastfeeding tips & gave me encouragement when it got a little bumpy. She always made me feel like I knew what was best for my baby. As a first time mom, being so unsure about everything, Brenda was there every step of the way cheering me on. I love her like family and she is EXCELLENT at what she does.

Hi! My name is Chelsea and I'm a postpartum doula in Chattanooga, TN. I'm excited to light the way as you transition from pregnancy into this season with a sweet new baby. As a mom of 3, I know firsthand that the postpartum period isn't always a smooth ride. It can be difficult to figure out how to sleep while also meeting your baby's needs, who will cook the meals and wash the dishes, when you will deal with those piles of laundry, and what to do with older siblings as they navigate this emotional time, often needing more attention than normal. A doula since 2023, I have a heart for serving the whole family in their birth and postpartum season. I attended around 20 births the past couple of years and have served a handful of families with newborns. I now focus exclusively on providing exceptional postpartum care in the Chattanooga area. If you are looking for a postpartum doula who tailors support to your specific needs, works with your schedule, and who becomes a trusted friend to her clients even after our time together is over, I would love to chat with you.
So thankful we booked her as our postpartum doula. She was able to help with meal prep which was a great help. She was also very flexible when we had family coming in and out of town and worked with our schedules. Highly recommend.

I love helping families during this sacred transition, and my work with children and families has shown how vital emotional health is for the mother, baby, and family. That means that everyone is getting the time they need. Siblings need one-on-one time with parent(s), baby need basic needs met round the clock, mom needs to rest and recover, and parents need time to connect with each other. I try to be a calm, peaceful, and non-intrusive presence to help relieve the tension by providing time for the family during this delicate period of transition. I look forward to seeing how I can help your family during postpartum transition.
Ghene’t is such a warm, calm, positive presence in our home. She watches my (now) 1 & 2 year old children and they love her. She is quick to get on the floor and use imaginative and educational play to engage them while also providing a nurturing and calm environment for them. She is reliable, communicative, and observant of the children’s needs and concerns. I have leaned on Ghene’t to help us through bedtime routines, developmental changes such as transitioning from a bottle to solids, and we will soon be tackling potty training. All in all, I can’t say enough good things about Ghene’t, we just love her!

As a postpartum doula, I, Jana, am dedicated to helping new parents get much-needed restful nights while caring for their newborns. With genuine passion, I form meaningful connections and find joy in witnessing parents experience rejuvenating sleep, empowering them for the day ahead. My journey as a doula began after realizing my calling extended beyond the classroom, where I worked as an infant teacher for years. I provide emotional and physical support, tailoring my approach to each family. Operating in Franklin and nearby areas, my philosophy centers around nonjudgmental assistance, leaving families with a deep sense of worth and the belief that they can overcome challenges. By reducing stress, I enable mothers to prioritize self-care and bonding with their baby. Think of sleep as a valuable resource that needs to be replenished to help you function at your best. I am here to provide the assistance you need
I can’t say enough positive things about Jana. Both of my children adore her. She is passionate about children and it shows in the way she cares for them. She was my postpartum doula after the birth of my son and I can’t imagine having gone through that experience without her!!!! It’s incredibly important to get rest during that time but for me it was even more important to have peace of mind that whomever was taking care of my son at night was the best of the best! So grateful for Jana!
