Hi I’m Sophie! I am a trained Doula through DONA. I’m located in Utah County but also do some birth in SL county! I love the outdoors, spending time with my husband and little boy, and eating yummy food! I am very passionate about birth! I believe every women deserves the right to know all her choices when it comes to birth. I am here to help educate, support, and help you lean into your intuition! I would love to help support and empower you on your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey :)
