This package includes: - 1 prenatal visit to check in and communicate. This can be us by ourselves, or you can have me tag along to any kind of prenatal appointment with your care provider so that I can advocate for you if needed, be emotional support, and have any critical information your care provider may want me to know. (Choose the latter option if your partner or other family member is unable to come with you to said appointment & you’d like to not be alone). - Support throughout the entire labor and birth process. You’ll let me know as soon as you start feeling those contractions and they get to a point where you’re having difficulty talking or moving through them. Me and my speed Subaru will be on our way! I’ll provide emotional support, as well as any kind of physical pain relief you’d like (i.e. pressing on the hips to relieve pressure, scalp massage, breathing techniques, vocalization, you name it!) - 1 follow-up visit after you’ve had your baby! We can keep in touch about when you’d like it after I’ve left the birth. It can be the very next day, 3 days from then, or 2 weeks. I’ll come to the hospital or your home and help you in any way you’d like! Taking the baby so you can sleep, getting you food, more massages, or just being there. Whatever you want.

Must be within 1 month after birth, each visit can exceed no more than 8 hours.
