About me

Hi there. My name is Sophia and I am a Full Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Consultant, and Sleep Coach. I am dedicated to supporting families through all phases of their birth journey – from preconception to postpartum, and every transformative step in between. The birth journey belongs to you and your family; however you choose to define it. It is my mission to support you in having a calm, peaceful, and autonomous birth experience. Giving birth is a transformational and empowering experience and parents should have a say in how it plays out. I am supportive of all family structures.
