I’m a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist dedicated to supporting families through pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the postpartum journey. As the founder of Crowned Lactation & Wellness, I provide compassionate, culturally responsive care that empowers families with the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to meet their feeding goals. I’m passionate about improving maternal health outcomes and supporting the overall wellbeing of mothers and babies.

Service introduction

I provide compassionate lactation and maternal wellness support for families during pregnancy and throughout the postpartum period. My services include prenatal breastfeeding education, in-home and virtual lactation consultations, follow-up visits for ongoing feeding support, and guidance with common challenges such as latch difficulties, milk supply concerns, pumping, and returning to work. I also offer maternal wellness support that recognizes the emotional and mental health needs of mothers, helping families feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their feeding journey.
